Lexco is made up of experienced property and finance professionals who have a combined 30 years experience in the property sector from construction to legals, refurbishments, conversions, new builds, financing. The team have completed on tens of millions in acquisitions.

 

Lexco has been working with councils and registered providers across the UK since 2018, in order to meet their housing requirements.

 

A typical project would house 6 to 15 vulnerable adults who require qualified care from a CQC registered provider, or the property would be leased to a support provider who would help the tenants to cook, clean and sustain their tenancy before moving on. 

 

Lexco has also met council requests for smaller schemes (for example, three ladies with learning disabilities who wanted to live together with a full time carer in Crewe, as well as larger office conversions such as in Northampton, whereby the TCP had a requirement to release NHS bed-blocking patients into their own flats each with their own personalised long-term care plan and property adaptions. In schemes such as this, homes can be adapted for wheel chair users, with lifts and telecare software and equipment.
